Yes, as much as you can.
Erase files and folders: No limitations, you can add files and folders to the erasing list as many as you can. Only bear in mind that, some files and folders in C Drive, the system partition cannot be erased when Windows is running. That said, you can still erase them from the bootable ByebyeData Eraser, which can be created by the function Bootable media built-in.
Erase free space: No limitations, free space in every drive, including the C Drive, can be erased.
Erase entire drive: No limitations, but Free Edition cannot erase the boot drive, where you had Windows operating system installed. Pro Edition users can erase system drive from bootable media.
Erase entire disk: System disk, the boot disk cannot be erased when Windows is running, but there're no limitations to erase data disk, or secondary hard drive, you can erase huge amount of data disks with ByebyeData Eraser if you're managing server disks.
Note: ByebyeData Eraser Demo Edition cannot erase anything, you can experience how this product works before clicking on the Eraser Now button or before it's actually perform data erasure.
As for erasing huge amount of files and folders, why don't you just erase the entire drive when all the files you're about to erase are stored on the same partition? But if they're just part of the files or on different drives, it's still better to add them separately. All I'm trying to say is that, adding individual files one by one may take you much time before erase.
