I didn't receive the license code after purchased, why?
-- For hours after the purchase, I didn't receive the license code, I want to know why and when can I get them?
Please don't worry, we can solve this problem.
There're mainly three reasons for not receiving emails from others:
1. It went to Spam, check the Spam inbox and try to locate the email, sort by date, if you have many unread mails.
2. The Email server rejects to receive emails from unknown senders, or has strict rules on spam, which will prevent you getting the license code.
3. The email address you entered on the purchase page is invalid.
If there's no email in the Spam folder either, you can then contact us with the screenshots you saved after payment or just give us the order number, the correct email for prompt and specific support.
Under normal circumstances, how long will I receive it?
It will be immediately after the success payment if you've provided the right email address. And after receiving the email, please keep it for further supporting references.
How long can I keep this license?
-- I mean, I did purchase the software, but I don't want to use it now, how long can I keep this license as un-activated, do you have a limit time for that?
